Hnash a good recipe, but I'll tell you what I can do to prevent the mashed bananas. I keep in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes before the shell and use. Hope this advice helps.
Bananas with rum and vanilla sauce
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium-sized enterprises, ripe bananas, peeled and split lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter
1 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
1 to 2 tablespoons white rum
PREPARATION:
Notes for bananas with vanilla-rum sauce.
Melt the butter and melt in large skillet over low heat. Add sugar and stir until it melts. Add bananas, cook for about 10 minutes, until they are tender, turning once. In a medium bowl, combine ice cream and rum.
Remove the bananas on a plate, Spooning brown sugar juice over them. Serve with ice cream and rum sauce.
Bananas with vanilla-rum sauce for 4 people.
